1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Digithaal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Digithaal provides digital marketing services including but not limited to digital strategy, performance marketing, social media marketing, Google marketing, SEO, and analytics. The scope of services is agreed upon in writing with each client prior to engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Timely payment of agreed service fees
• Reviewing and approving content, creatives, and strategies within agreed timelines
• Ensuring all provided materials are legally owned or licensed

4. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Digithaal reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. Ad spend budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from Digithaal service fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Digithaal remain the intellectual property of Digithaal until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digithaal strives to deliver excellent results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from digital marketing campaigns, as results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. Digithaal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential business information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Sri Lanka.
